1:1 Coaching Supervision provides coaches with a confidential space to emerge out of the "water" of their practice (and business) and spend some time in the "sun" of dialogue, out-loud reflection and restoration. I'll create for you what I've long searched for....

I appeal especially to coaches who:

• hunger to reflect on how their personhood shows up in the coaching, and how coaching impacts their personhood and wider private life.
• desire a practice that is less bound by tools and techniques and more grounded in presence, including the immediacy of not-knowing where this client here and now wants to go in their independent thinking.
• feel ready to burrow down to the roots of their confidence crises, their worrisome wobbles, and the stop-start nature that comes from driving forward with the hand-brake activated.

Typical coaching supervision session

My Pricing for Equity scheme makes excellent 1:1 supervision accessible to newer coaches and coaches working in sectors where fees are lower. Here's how it works:

• You determine whether you'd like to work on a flat-fee basis, or a basis geared to your earnings.
• The flat fee is £150 per 60-min session.
• The gear is 1.2 x the average of your per-session fees.

Structure for our commitment

Generally, supervisees contract for 3 or more sessions (a series) so that we know at what points to reflect whether we are approaching or at the time to decide: continue v pause v complete.

Some supervisees move from a coaching supervision modality into a pure coaching relationship with me. Other come for coach mentoring and stay for coaching supervision.

Making a start

Prospective clients have the opportunity to book a very brief chemistry call. When booking:

• Please allow yourself time to answer the intake form with conscious intent.
• The genuine work starts when someone takes a seat in the supervision room, not a perch in the foyer outside. The intake form allows prospective supervisees to take three giant steps toward the doorway.
• Please add the URL throughline dot co dot uk to your safe sender list. When I email to confirm our initial conversation and provide the Zoom Room details, I'll attach a 2-3 page Coaching Supervision agreement.
• This document is wholly unique and differentiates me from other coaching supervisors. Please read it before we meet; and postpone if you haven't had time to process it.
