In a 60-min session, we'll typically follow this path:

• Check-in - a moment to demonstrate mutual co-responsibilty for the space.
• Niggle - usually after the niggle, I’ll ask: “So to [verb] this, is there a framework or model you’d like us to use?"
• Contract to work on the niggle this way leading to dialogue.
• Arrive at Supervision Question (or probing to ensure the right SQ the focus).
• Explore (for) the key issue - showing we work with rigour.
• Aha - the fresh thinking achieved through our thinking as peers, with good contact between us.
• Commitment - some statement of an intention to apply this coaching practice.
• Checkout a moment to reflect how things are within, now. Also to address any administrative matters.
