In a 60-min session, we'll typically follow this path:
- Check-in - a moment to demonstrate mutual co-responsibilty for the space.
- Niggle - usually after the niggle, I’ll ask: “So to [verb] this, is there a framework or model you’d like us to use?"
- Contract to work on the niggle this way leading to dialogue.
- Arrive at Supervision Question (or probing to ensure the right SQ the focus).
- Explore (for) the key issue - showing we work with rigour.
- Aha - the fresh thinking achieved through our thinking as peers, with good contact between us.
- Commitment - some statement of an intention to apply this coaching practice.
- Checkout a moment to reflect how things are within, now. Also to address any administrative matters.
